Account Management, PM Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with seasoned Account Directors and Project Managers on experiential marketing initiatives.

• Assist in managing project timelines, task allocations, and updates within Asana.

• Engage in internal and client meetings, documenting notes, action items, and subsequent steps.

• Aid in tracking project deliverables, client feedback, and approval timelines.

• Support the organization of project documents, creative materials, and client resources.

• Provide assistance with general daily account and project coordination as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Immediate availability for a minimum of 3–4 days per week, preferably in succession.

• Interest in account management, project management, and experiential marketing.

• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.

• Eagerness to learn and accomplish objectives in a resourceful, independent manner.

• Capability to collaborate with various teams and senior-level professionals.

• Willingness to engage hands-on and provide assistance wherever necessary.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

• Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to learning.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or project management software is advantageous.

• Relevant coursework, work experience, or prior internships are beneficial.
