This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Deliver daily technical assistance on sales opportunities.
• Take part in discovery sessions, technical presentations, product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POVs), and closeout meetings to secure technical victories.
• Interact with customers and prospects to showcase Nexthink solutions while articulating the fundamental value proposition and differentiators.
• Respond to technical inquiries with credibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to illustrate Nexthink use cases.
• Complete technical and security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs in accordance with Federal requirements.
• Become a subject matter expert and thought leader for Nexthink both internally and externally.
• Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by leveraging product capabilities and DoD requirements to tackle business challenges with value-driven outcomes.
• Conduct technical validation cycles, including POCs/POVs, to achieve technical success.
• Participate as a technical subject matter expert in webinars, marketing events, and trade shows to demonstrate the Nexthink solution.
• Report to the Senior Director of Solution Consulting (North America), with daily priorities determined by the local sales leader/sales team.
• Support the Federal DoD market as the business continues to grow.
• At least 3 years of presales experience selling to DoD Agencies.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to U.S. Government contract stipulations.
• Active or previous DoD clearance at the Secret level or higher.
• Familiarity with the Federal market.
• Understanding of current industry security standards and regulations applicable to Federal engagements.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capability to engage with senior leaders, executives, and technical teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Sound judgment and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Quick learner regarding Nexthink products and services.
• Prior experience in End User Computing environments, IT Service Management, or Security/Governance/Risk/Compliance is desirable.
• Ability to excel as a collaborative team member in a dynamic work setting.
• Willingness to adapt to a rapidly growing and dynamic organization.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%, potentially more based on seasonal requirements.
• Occasional international travel may be needed.
