Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +23 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical and business discovery process with enterprise and strategic clients as well as prospects.

• Convert client workflows, systems, and requirements into clear Zocks solution designs.

• Create and present customized demonstrations and proofs of concept.

• Act as a subject-matter expert in AI, platform architecture, integrations, and data management.

• Recognize recurring customer needs and transform them into new Zocks-based solutions.

• Develop reusable assets, reference designs, and solution materials aimed at enterprise sales.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation and adherence to scoped commitments.

• Convey structured customer feedback to Product and Product Marketing teams.

• Keep Account Executives informed about new capabilities and positioning strategies.

• Foster technical confidence in enterprise and strategic opportunities.

• Assist in converting field-identified solutions into repeatable Zocks offerings.

• Support customers as they evolve from standard Zocks use cases to more advanced custom solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in technical consulting, sales/solution engineering, or solution architecture for complex, long-term enterprise client engagements.

• Intermediate to expert knowledge of AI systems and architecture.

• Ability to communicate effectively with highly technical audiences regarding the construction, governance, and deployment of AI applications.

• Strong foundation in integration design and common enterprise integration patterns, including experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

• Executive presence complemented by clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to translate technical details for business decision-makers.

• Comfort in a growth-stage environment where processes and assets are still being developed.

• Background and reference checks will be required as part of the onboarding process.
