Solution Architect – Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive solution design across designated workstreams, encompassing data models, integration patterns, security frameworks, and platform configurations.

• Maintain up-to-date Software Design Documents (SDDs), architecture decision records, and data flow diagrams throughout the delivery process.

• Take ownership of the technical design and development for Agentforce use cases, which include patient services agents, healthcare professional engagement agents, and Voice AI integrations.

• Direct the implementation tracks for Data Cloud, focusing on data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profile design, segmentation, and activation.

• Detect and address issues related to data quality and governance.

• Design and execute integrations between Data Cloud, CRM systems, external data sources, and Agentforce functionalities.

• Evaluate architectural trade-offs among middleware options, including MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, and Salesforce Connect.

• Act as the bridge between functional requirements and technical execution.

• Coordinate architects, developers, and client stakeholders around design choices and scope limits.

• Facilitate design sessions, code reviews, and governance for deployments.

• Manage risks associated with solutions, identify design gaps, and oversee dependencies across workstreams; escalate issues proactively.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to L8 architects and analysts.

• Establish technical standards for the team and enhance capabilities in Data Cloud and AI delivery practices.

• Assist in estimation, scoping, and staffing discussions during the pursuit phase.

• Contribute to the architectural components of RFP responses and presentations.

• Develop accelerators, methodology assets, and AI use case patterns specific to Life Sciences that can be scaled across the practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce delivery, with significant involvement in both functional and technical roles throughout full-lifecycle implementations.

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience serving as a Solution Architect or senior technical lead on at least two comprehensive Salesforce programs.

• At least 2 years of practical knowledge in data architecture, identity resolution, segmentation, and real-time activation patterns.

• Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or comparable pharma/biotech CRM, with an understanding of commercial and patient-facing use cases.

• Familiarity with Veeva Vault CRM, Veeva CRM, or the Veeva-to-Salesforce migration landscape and integration methodologies.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in designing and implementing Agentforce use cases, including AI-driven workflow automation.

• Strong integration experience—practical skills in designing integrations across CRM platforms, data platforms, and external systems.

• Minimum of 2 years in client-facing consulting roles, leading technical workstreams within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
