Solution Architect – STIBO STEP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive MDM and PIM solution architectures that align with business needs and enterprise standards.

• Facilitate architectural discussions and provide guidance to clients on best practices in Data Management.

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Data Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Establish data models, governance frameworks, workflows, and integration strategies.

• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Assist in platform selection, solution design, and planning for implementation.

• Ensure the quality, scalability, security, and maintainability of solutions.

• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.

• Engage in workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution evaluations.

• Promote ongoing improvement and advocate for best practices in MDM, PIM, and Data Governance.

• Collaborate with clients and globally recognized brands in multinational settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with STIBO STEP or Collibra.

• Significant experience as a Solution Architect, MDM Architect, Data Architect, or a related role.

• Strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) and/or Product Information Management (PIM) solutions.

• Proven experience in designing enterprise data models and intricate integration architectures.

• Deep understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management principles.

• Capability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation strategies.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• History of working in international and cross-functional settings.

• Proficient in English.

• Residing in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, or Poland.

• Familiarity with Informatica MDM, Semarchy, SAP MDG, Pimcore, Akeneo, Syndigo, or similar tools is advantageous.

• Background in manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce contexts is a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and contemporary integration technologies is beneficial.

• Experience leading international implementation projects is a plus.

• Proficiency in German is a plus.
