Solution Architect – Regulated Industries

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable consultant for the client.

• Assist customers and team members in evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies.

• Collaborate effectively and possess strong communication abilities, particularly in conveying intricate concepts.

• Identify and proactively address potential risk factors.

• Manage client expectations and negotiate solutions for complex challenges.

• Assess and adjust project/program direction to ensure that initiatives remain on course.

• Propel a program vision while advising on and articulating strategies for program/project implementation, including the Salesforce platform.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects utilizing both waterfall and agile software development methodologies.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Regulated Industries (for Solution Architect role).

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies (for Sr. Solution Architect role).

• 3+ years of experience in Regulated Industries (for Sr. Solution Architect role).

• Significant experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform.

• Proven ability to drive effective delivery, with familiarity in AI toolchains (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Elements Cloud, etc.).

• Expert-level experience in defining the system architecture landscape.

• Experience in leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and delivering comprehensive system and functional designs.

• Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating viewpoints to diverse stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented individual with a quick ability to learn and adapt to new concepts, business models, and technologies.

• Must be a collaborative team player with experience in large-scale/enterprise implementations involving multiple work streams.

• Resourceful and innovative thinker with problem-solving skills.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline is preferred.
