• Effective decision-maker in fast-paced delivery environments.

• Demonstrated success in managing, coaching, and developing junior team members and the broader community.

• Proven accountability for overcoming technology delivery challenges, including projects and multi-team programs.

• Experience in proactively expanding business within an account alongside sales and account managers.

• Experienced in managing personnel, setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.

• Skilled in prioritizing time across several significant projects.

• Actively engages in discussions and shares insights on technology.
