This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Design solution architectures for Operate & Assist implementations based on client specifications
• Ensure technical consistency and feasibility before project initiation
• Systematically carry out technical checklists for each tool, including Operate Insights, Centrical, Knowledge Base, and others
• Oversee data flow between client systems and TP platforms, including EMA, ensuring proper data formats, interfaces, and quality
• Integrate BI/Reporting systems, particularly Power BI, with operational data sources
• Address data privacy and compliance requirements, such as PII Redaction, during data integration
• Assume full responsibility for Operate & Assist implementations from solution design and data integration to Go-Live
• Manage communication with stakeholders including client IT, internal QA, and operations teams
• Analyze and resolve technical challenges related to translation tools and system integrations
• Collaborate with internal IT support by creating tickets and initiating installations
• Work closely with QA teams to guarantee solution quality
• Identify opportunities for automation and data analytics within operational processes, including workflow and reporting automation
• Propel the ongoing development of technical standards for Operate & Assist implementations within the DSI team
• Develop and maintain technical documentation that includes architecture, data flows, and implementation checklists
• Actively share knowledge within the team and with operations colleagues
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Solution Architect, Data/Integration Engineer, Technical Project Manager, or in a similar capacity
• Demonstrated success in implementing operational business technologies such as QA, BI, reporting, or workforce automation systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of data integration and system architecture, encompassing APIs, data flows, and interfaces
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including reporting and data modeling
• Experience with workforce management, quality management, or AI-driven process solutions like knowledge bases and translation tools
• Proven project management and technical documentation skills
• Strong technical inclination with a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Self-motivated work ethic and resilience under pressure during critical project phases
• Collaborative team player with robust cross-functional communication skills bridging Client IT, QA, and Operations
• Quick learner capable of adapting to new technologies rapidly
• Proficiency in English at C1 level
• Proficiency in German at B2 level
• Basic understanding of workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Power Automate is advantageous
• Experience in the Customer Experience (CX) sector is a plus
