Solution Architect – Operate & Assist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Design solution architectures for Operate & Assist implementations tailored to client specifications.

• Confirm technical consistency and feasibility prior to project initiation.

• Implement technical checklists for tools such as Operate Insights, Centrical, Knowledge Base, and others.

• Ensure seamless data flow between client systems and TP platforms, including EMA, while maintaining formats, interfaces, and data quality.

• Integrate BI/reporting systems, particularly Power BI, with operational data sources.

• Address data privacy and compliance issues, including PII Redaction during data integration.

• Oversee implementations from solution design and data integration to Go-Live.

• Facilitate communication between client IT, internal QA, and operations teams.

• Investigate and resolve technical challenges related to translation tools and system integrations.

• Collaborate with internal IT support, including creating tickets and initiating installations.

• Work alongside QA teams to ensure the quality of solutions.

• Identify opportunities for automation and data analytics in operational processes.

• Promote ongoing development of technical standards within the DSI team.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation that includes architecture, data flows, and implementation checklists.

• Share knowledge with team members and operations colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar technical discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Data/Integration Engineer, Technical Project Manager, or a related position.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing operational business technologies, including QA, BI, reporting, or workforce automation systems.

• Strong understanding of data integration and system architecture, covering APIs, data flows, and interfaces.

• Proficient in Power BI, including reporting and data modeling capabilities.

• Experience in workforce management, quality management, or AI-driven process solutions, such as knowledge bases and translation tools.

• Organized project management skills and technical documentation abilities.

• Proficient in English (C1) and German (B2).

• Basic knowledge of workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, or Power Automate is advantageous.

• Experience in the Customer Experience (CX) sector is a plus.

• Strong technical affinity with a structured, solution-oriented approach.

• Capability to convey complex technical ideas clearly and efficiently.

• Self-motivated with resilience under pressure during critical project phases.

• Team-oriented with robust cross-functional communication skills.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies rapidly.
