This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Design solution architectures for Operate & Assist implementations based on client needs.
• Ensure technical consistency and viability before project initiation.
• Methodically carry out technical checklists for each tool, including Operate Insights, Centrical, and Knowledge Base.
• Facilitate data transfer between client systems and TP platforms, such as EMA, focusing on data formats, interfaces, and quality.
• Connect BI/Reporting systems, particularly Power BI, to operational data sources.
• Address data privacy and compliance issues, such as PII Redaction, during the data integration process.
• Manage Operate & Assist implementations from start to finish, including solution design, data integration, and Go-Live.
• Oversee stakeholder communication with client IT, internal QA, and operations teams.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to translation tools and system integrations.
• Coordinate with internal IT support, including ticket generation and installation triggers.
• Work alongside QA teams to ensure the quality of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and data analytics within operational workflows.
• Promote workflow and reporting automation.
• Foster the ongoing development of technical standards for Operate & Assist implementations within the DSI team.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation that includes architecture, data flows, and implementation checklists.
• Share insights and knowledge within the team and with operational colleagues.
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical area.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Solution Architect, Data/Integration Engineer, Technical Project Manager, or a similar position.
• Proven experience in implementing operational business technologies (e.g., QA, BI, reporting, or workforce automation systems).
• Strong knowledge of data integration and system architecture (APIs, data flows, interfaces).
• Extensive expertise in Power BI (reporting, data modeling).
• Experience with workforce management, quality management, or AI-driven process solutions (e.g., knowledge bases, translation tools).
• Organized project management and technical documentation capabilities.
• Basic familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Power Automate) is advantageous.
• Experience in the Customer Experience (CX) field is a plus.
• Strong technical inclination with a structured, solution-focused approach.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and effective manner.
• Self-motivated work ethic and ability to maintain composure under pressure during critical project phases.
• Collaborative team player with exceptional cross-functional communication skills (bridging Client IT, QA, and Operations).
• Quick learner with the capacity to adapt swiftly to new technologies.
• Proficient in English (C1) and German (B2).
