
Solution Architect β Operate & Assist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
β’ Design solution architectures for Operate & Assist implementations based on client specifications.
β’ Ensure technical consistency and feasibility prior to project initiation.
β’ Systematically execute technical checklists for each tool, which includes Operate Insights, Centrical, and Knowledge Base.
β’ Facilitate data flow between client systems and TP platforms, including EMA, while addressing data formats, interfaces, and data quality.
β’ Connect BI/reporting systems, particularly Power BI, to operational data sources.
β’ Address data privacy and compliance obligations, including PII redaction, during the data integration process.
β’ Oversee Operate & Assist implementations from end-to-end, covering solution design and data integration through to Go-Live.
β’ Manage communication with stakeholders, including client IT, internal QA, and operations teams.
β’ Analyze and resolve technical challenges related to translation tools and system integrations.
β’ Coordinate with internal IT support, including ticket generation and installation triggers.
β’ Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality of solutions.
β’ Identify opportunities for automation and data analytics within operational processes.
β’ Promote the continual development of technical standards for Operate & Assist implementations within the DSI team.
β’ Create and maintain technical documentation that includes architecture, data flows, and implementation checklists.
β’ Share knowledge with team members and operations colleagues.
β’ A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar technical discipline.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Solution Architect, Data/Integration Engineer, Technical Project Manager, or a comparable position.
β’ A proven history of implementing operational business technologies, including QA, BI, reporting, or workforce automation systems.
β’ Strong knowledge of data integration and system architecture, encompassing APIs, data flows, and interfaces.
β’ Extensive expertise in Power BI, specifically in reporting and data modeling.
β’ Experience with workforce management, quality management, or AI-driven process solutions, including knowledge bases and translation tools.
β’ Strong project management and technical documentation skills.
β’ Basic understanding of workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Power Automate is advantageous.
β’ Experience in the Customer Experience (CX) sector is a plus.
β’ Strong technical aptitude with a structured, solution-driven approach.
β’ Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
β’ Self-motivated work ethic and resilience during critical project phases.
β’ Team-oriented with excellent cross-functional communication skills connecting Client IT, QA, and Operations.
β’ Quick learner capable of adapting to new technologies swiftly.
β’ Proficiency in English at C1 level and German at B2 level.
