This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud roadmap, which includes change management, training requirements, and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog.
• Develop and refine user stories that include clear acceptance criteria.
• Clarify requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Approve acceptance criteria and make decisions to accept or reject delivered stories.
• Manage Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and organizational configuration.
• Create reports and dashboards for business and executive stakeholders.
• Address internal change requests and user incidents across various business units.
• Ensure data integrity and coordinate with relevant product management teams.
• Oversee end-to-end release management and communicate releases across all verticals.
• Facilitate and contribute to Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with technical and functional delivery teams on backlog grooming and release planning.
• Identify and assist in removing delivery roadblocks.
• Act as a bridge between delivery teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and mediation of requirements.
• Conduct end-user training and orientation sessions for new hires to enhance adoption.
• Maintain comprehensive Salesforce documentation.
• Recognize opportunities for continuous improvement in team processes.
• 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce delivery.
• Certification and implementation experience in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• An active Salesforce Administrator certification or another Salesforce certification is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM systems.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently.
• Ability to articulate the benefits of a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
• Basic understanding of the implementation and configuration of enterprise systems like CRM or ERP.
• Quick learner with creative problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take a leadership role when necessary.
• Attention to detail with the ability to swiftly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Must possess full-time permanent work authorization in the US.
• Willingness to travel with clients or project teams as necessary.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional certification is preferred.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is preferred.
