Solution Architect – Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives within complex enterprise customer projects.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to realize customer objectives and fulfill critical deliverables.

• Act as a strategic advisor and expert on Salesforce products and platforms for intricate enterprise clients.

• Establish yourself as a trusted consultant for clients.

• Assist customers and colleagues in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies.

• Support agents in delivering services effectively.

• Educate on intricate concepts and offer innovative, prescriptive insights throughout client organizations.

• Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring complete resolution.

• Manage client expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and external partners.

• Review and adjust project or program direction, methodologies, and key deliverables.

• Propel program vision and communicate strategies that leverage Salesforce platform technologies.

• Analyze needs and information to develop thorough solutions.

• Collaboratively create solution visions and oversee execution with clients.

• Facilitate client acceptance of delivered solutions.

• Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to meet value-driven goals.

• Contribute to professional services methodologies, thought leadership, and best practices.

• Partner with cloud-specific practice teams and provide contributions both internally and externally.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience for Solution Architect, 10+ years for Sr. Solution Architect, or 14+ years for Director, Solution Architect.

• 1+ years of experience in Regulated Industries for Solution Architect, 3+ years for Sr. Solution Architect, or 5+ years for Director, Solution Architect.

• Extensive experience in configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform.

• Familiarity with AI toolchains such as Claude, Cursor, and Elements Cloud.

• Proven expertise in defining system architecture landscapes and identifying gaps between current and desired states.

• Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, crafting user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs.

• Skilled in documenting business processes and wireframing system designs utilizing process flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams.

• Strong presentation capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.

• Experience contributing to large-scale or enterprise implementations involving multiple workstreams.

• Ability to tackle problems resourcefully and innovatively.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred; equivalent practical experience may be considered in place of a degree.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications and accreditations are preferred.

• Consulting experience is highly recommended.

• Experience with Veeva or Financial Service Cloud is strongly preferred.
