Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in fulfilling their technology and business requirements through the use of Redis databases, products, solutions, and services.

• Comprehend, assess, and validate the business needs and specific use cases of customers.

• Collaborate with customers’ architects, developers, PMOs, and C-level executives to ensure successful proofs of concept (POCs) and pilot projects.

• Partner with the Sales team to formulate account strategies and uncover new business opportunities with existing accounts.

• Showcase Redis, its functionalities, and technology to clients, emphasizing business impact and competitive advantages.

• Leverage customer feedback to enhance product documentation, technical best practices, and other relevant materials.

• Provide insights to Product Management and R&D teams.

• Educate and work alongside customers to develop tailored Redis-powered solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, preferably in database engineering for enterprise software.

• Practical experience with server-side software development and Linux.

• Familiarity with scalable and highly available distributed systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
