Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and create solution architectures that are in line with business requirements and priorities.

• Develop technical documentation and architectural diagrams for project solutions.

• Assess and recommend the most suitable technical solution based on the specific context of each client and the company's strategy.

• Generate solution diagrams utilizing the C4 Model as the standard for architectural documentation.

• Establish distributed architectures that utilize microservices and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).

• Design system integrations through APIs, Web Services, and communication with third-party systems and SVA partners.

• Define strategies for synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven communication.

• Support initiatives related to authentication, security, integration, and communication among applications.

• Serve as a consultant to business teams by translating functional requirements into technical solutions.

• Advocate for best practices in architecture, integration, communication, and overall system logic.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while ensuring clear communication and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect.

• Proficiency in producing solution architecture documentation and diagrams.

• Experience with distributed architectures, microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).

• Familiarity with integrations using APIs and Web Services.

• Understanding of domain modeling and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

• Advanced knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable tools.

• Understanding of asynchronous communication.

• Knowledge of Cloud Computing platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.

• Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and Java.

• Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases.

• Understanding of architectural modeling utilizing the C4 Model.

• Knowledge of networking principles.

• Familiarity with ETL processes.

• Understanding of security and communication protocols and standards.

• Knowledge of application authentication methods.

• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, and JWT.

• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), login systems, fraud prevention, and biometrics.

• Understanding of integration practices for synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven systems.

• Knowledge of TM Forum standards: TOGAF, Open APIs, eTOM, TAM, and SID.

• Awareness of best practices for system communication and logic.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Preferred: Understanding of telecommunications processes.

• Preferred: Experience with customer service-related projects.

• Preferred: Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
