This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Convert business objectives, market demands, and customer processes into solution alternatives with explicit trade-offs.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive solution design for major initiatives.
• Analyze and refine requirements, differentiating between genuine issues and requested features.
• Present architectural alternatives and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, clients, and clinical personnel.
• Develop solution overviews, capability maps, integration blueprints, effort assessments, and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with Delivery to determine sequencing and phasing.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of audiology clinical and operational workflows.
• Facilitate technical and solution workshops with clients and partners.
• Assist in pre-sales activities through technical scoping, solution proposals, RFPs, and tender responses, including shaping and estimation.
• Provide guidance to key accounts during escalations and troubleshooting of distributed systems or integrations.
• Incorporate customer and market insights into platform strategies and product roadmaps.
• Define domain models, bounded contexts, aggregates, and integration points.
• Specify APIs and event contracts across microservices and cross-domain workflows.
• Assess initiatives for architectural feasibility and service ownership.
• Support teams with high-level design, technology selection, and architectural patterns.
• Engage in architecture reviews and platform governance.
• Mentor teams on Domain-Driven Design, Clean Architecture, and engineering practices.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, specifications, interface documentation, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 5 years in architecture or solution-architecture roles within the enterprise SaaS sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in transforming ambiguous business requirements into executable solution designs.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, or Customer Success as a technical solution owner.
• Proven experience in designing integration architectures utilizing message buses, event streaming, REST APIs, and webhooks.
• Familiarity with comparable enterprise system environments.
• Practical understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Strong grasp of Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture principles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of security and compliance for regulated data, including GDPR.
• Robust background in Azure cloud services.
• Capability to generate technical documentation and diagrams using C4 or similar methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for leadership, engineering, and customer interactions.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and commercial contexts, including pre-sales.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, healthcare integrations, AI/ML, or Azure certifications is a plus.
• Familiarity with .NET and React is a plus.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates must be located in the EU.
