Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical lead throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases.

• Assess customer environments and design deployments of the 2501 agent for their infrastructure.

• Conduct proofs of concept and pilot projects.

• Integrate deployments with customer infrastructure and their observability frameworks.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, connecting product capabilities with field demands.

• Design solutions, provide demonstrations, and facilitate technical discussions with customers.

• Engage in system installation, troubleshooting, and client ticket analysis challenges during the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid background in infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

• Proven ability to engage with customers to architect solutions, deliver demos, and establish technical trust.

• Capacity to connect product features with field requirements.

• Proficient in both French and English.

• Located in or around Paris, with a preference for the Paris region or areas easily accessible.

• Authorized to work in France.

• No visa sponsorship is available for this position.

• Openness to utilizing Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable coding tools.

• Experience in managed service providers (MSP), startups, or technology scale-ups is advantageous.

• Ability to work during core hours in Central European Time (CET).
