Solution Architect, AI Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead customer engagements for Proof of Value (POV) by establishing success criteria, executing hands-on technical validation, conducting stakeholder presentations, and driving clear outcomes and follow-up actions.

• Provide customized demonstrations of AI Security, data classification, and DLP products, manage live technical Q&A, and align subsequent steps based on the results.

• Serve as the main technical consultant and authority on Cyera AI Security for sales teams, clients, and potential clients.

• Clarify how Cyera secures the AI data lifecycle, encompassing sensitive data discovery for training and inference as well as access governance for AI systems, along with DSPM and DLP products.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.

• Comprehend customer AI adoption strategies and data security challenges; design tailored, practical, and scalable solutions in line with Cyera's best practices.

• Create and present technical proposals, solution blueprints, and integration plans.

• Establish and nurture relationships with customers and stakeholders; collect feedback, identify opportunities for innovation, and offer post-sales implementation assistance.

• Connect sales, product management, and engineering teams; communicate customer requirements and influence product roadmaps and feature priorities.

• Represent Cyera at industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade exhibitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a technical presales position within cybersecurity or data security.

• Strong knowledge of AI and ML technologies including LLMs, copilots, RAG pipelines, and AI agents, as well as the emerging security and governance risks they present, such as shadow AI, data leakage, and model access control.

• Familiarity with data security fundamentals including data classification, DSPM, DLP, data access governance, and cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks.

• Demonstrated success in conducting technical POVs and demonstrations that lead to technical victories.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage credibly with both engineers and executive stakeholders, including CISOs, CDOs, and Chief AI Officers.

• Self-motivated individual comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

• Willingness to travel as required for customer interactions and industry events.

• Located in the US, with preference for candidates in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

• Preferred: Hands-on experience with DLP or DSPM tools such as Cyera, Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, or Varonis.

• Preferred: Experience with AI governance frameworks or AI security posture management (AI-SPM) tools.

• Preferred: Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
