Solution Architect, AI Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead customer Proof of Value engagements by defining success criteria, executing hands-on technical validation, conducting stakeholder readouts, and driving clear outcomes and subsequent steps.

• Provide customized AI Security, data classification, and DLP product demonstrations, manage live technical Q&A, and align on next steps.

• Act as the primary technical advisor and expert in Cyera AI Security for sales teams, customers, and prospects.

• Clarify how Cyera secures the AI data lifecycle, covering sensitive data discovery for training and inference, as well as access governance for AI systems, alongside DSPM and DLP products.

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.

• Design tailored, feasible, and scalable solutions that align with customer objectives and Cyera best practices.

• Create and present technical proposals, solution blueprints, and integration strategies.

• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders, gather feedback, identify innovation opportunities, and offer post-sales implementation support.

• Connect sales with product and engineering teams by articulating customer needs and influencing product roadmaps and feature priorities.

• Represent Cyera at industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a technical presales role within cybersecurity or data security.

• Strong comprehension of AI and ML technologies, including LLMs, copilots, RAG pipelines, and AI agents, along with understanding the emerging security and governance risks they present, such as shadow AI, data leakage, and model access control.

• Working knowledge of data security fundamentals, including data classification, DSPM, DLP, data access governance, and cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks.

• Proven experience in conducting technical POVs and demos that lead to technical victories.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging credibly with both engineers and executive stakeholders, including CISOs, CDOs, and Chief AI Officers.

• Self-motivated individual comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for customer engagements and industry events.

• Based in the US, with a preference for candidates located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

• Hands-on experience with DLP or DSPM tools such as Cyera, Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, or Varonis.

• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or AI security posture management (AI-SPM) tools.

• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
