This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead customer Proof of Value initiatives by establishing success criteria, conducting hands-on technical validations, facilitating stakeholder presentations, and steering POVs towards definitive outcomes and actionable next steps.
• Provide customized product demonstrations for AI Security, data classification, and DLP use cases tailored to various personas.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor and expert in Cyera AI Security for sales teams, customers, and potential clients.
• Articulate how Cyera secures the AI data lifecycle, which includes sensitive data discovery for training and inference, as well as access governance for AI systems.
• Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive environment.
• Develop tailored, practical, and scalable solutions that align with customer objectives and Cyera best practices.
• Create and deliver technical proposals, solution blueprints, and integration strategies.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers and stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Collect customer feedback to enhance products and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Offer post-sales support to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate communication between sales, product management, and engineering teams by relaying customer needs and market demands.
• Impact product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer insights.
• Represent Cyera at industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade exhibitions.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a technical presales function within the cybersecurity or data security sectors.
• Solid understanding of AI and ML technologies, including LLMs, copilots, RAG pipelines, and AI agents, along with the emerging security and governance risks they present, such as shadow AI, data leakage, and model access control.
• Practical knowledge of data security fundamentals, including data classification, DSPM, DLP, data access governance, and cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Demonstrated success in conducting technical POVs and demos that lead to technical victories.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage credibly with both engineers and executive stakeholders, including CISOs, CDOs, and Chief AI Officers.
• Self-motivated individual comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Willingness to travel as required for customer engagements and industry events.
• Residing in the US, with preference for candidates in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.
• Hands-on experience with DLP or DSPM tools such as Cyera, Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, or Varonis.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or AI security posture management (AI-SPM) tools.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
