Solution Architect, AI Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical presales initiatives for Cyera’s AI Security offering.

• Clearly communicate the value proposition of Cyera’s AI Security solution and its integration with DSPM and DLP products.

• Conduct demonstrations of Cyera AI Security.

• Oversee customer Proof of Value engagements from start to finish, which includes planning success metrics, deployment/configuration, integration, troubleshooting, stakeholder presentations, and driving clear outcomes and next steps.

• Customize product demonstrations according to customer AI Security, data classification, and DLP use cases and personas.

• Serve as the main technical advisor and authority for sales teams, customers, and prospects.

• Offer technical insights on securing the AI data lifecycle, encompassing sensitive data discovery for training and inference, as well as access governance for AI systems.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.

• Develop tailored solutions, technical proposals, solution blueprints, and integration strategies.

• Establish and nurture relationships with customers and stakeholders, providing post-sales support.

• Collect customer feedback to enhance products and spot innovation opportunities.

• Act as a liaison between sales, product management, and engineering teams.

• Influence product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer insights.

• Represent Cyera at industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a technical presales position within the cybersecurity or data security sectors.

• Strong grasp of AI and ML technologies including LLMs, copilots, RAG pipelines, and AI agents, along with the emerging security and governance challenges they present, such as shadow AI, data leakage, and model access control.

• Proficient understanding of data security fundamentals, including data classification, DSPM, DLP, data access governance, and cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks.

• Demonstrated success in leading technical POVs and demos that result in technical wins.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging credibly with both engineers and executive stakeholders, including CISOs, CDOs, and Chief AI Officers.

• Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for customer interactions and industry events.

• Based in the US, with a preference for candidates in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

• Practical experience with DLP or DSPM tools such as Cyera, Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, or Varonis.

• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or AI security posture management (AI-SPM) tools.

• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
