Solution Architect, AI Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead customer Proof of Value initiatives by establishing success criteria, executing hands-on technical validations, conducting stakeholder presentations, and driving clear outcomes and next steps.

• Provide customized product demonstrations for AI Security, data classification, and DLP use cases and personas.

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and expert in Cyera AI Security for sales teams, customers, and prospects.

• Offer technical expertise on securing the AI data lifecycle, including sensitive data discovery for training and inference as well as access governance for AI systems.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.

• Design tailored solutions that align with customers’ AI adoption strategies and data security challenges.

• Develop and present technical proposals, solution blueprints, and integration strategies.

• Build and sustain relationships with key customers and stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

• Collect customer feedback to enhance products and identify opportunities for innovation.

• Provide post-sales support to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

• Act as a liaison between sales and product/engineering teams by communicating customer needs and market demands.

• Influence product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer insights.

• Participate in discussions regarding product development.

• Represent Cyera at industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a technical presales position within cybersecurity or data security.

• Strong understanding of AI and ML technologies, including LLMs, copilots, RAG pipelines, and AI agents, as well as the emerging security and governance risks they present, such as shadow AI, data leakage, and model access control.

• Working knowledge of data security principles, including data classification, DSPM, DLP, data access governance, and cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks.

• Proven history of executing technical POVs and demonstrations that lead to technical victories.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging credibly with both engineers and executive stakeholders, including CISOs, CDOs, and Chief AI Officers.

• Self-starter who is comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

• Willingness to travel as required for customer interactions and industry events.

• Located in the US, with preference for candidates in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

• Hands-on experience with DLP or DSPM tools such as Cyera, Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, or Varonis.

• Experience with AI governance frameworks or AI security posture management (AI-SPM) tools.

• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
