This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Oversee and nurture Solution Advisors engaged in Inpatient CDI, Outpatient CDI, and Quality product customer interactions.
β’ Propel team performance and accountability to meet customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and operational goals.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Clinical Services, and Executive Leadership to synchronize customer strategies and deliver outstanding results.
β’ Develop and implement customer success strategies that advocate for best practices, solution optimization, and long-term customer value realization.
β’ Assist team members in addressing complex customer issues, escalations, and opportunities related to implementation, training, workflow adoption, NLU capabilities, clinical content, and product usage.
β’ Offer coaching, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
β’ Recognize trends, risks, and opportunities within the customer base and proactively devise plans to enhance customer outcomes and business performance.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives and clinical leaders, aiding customers in achieving their strategic, operational, and financial goals.
β’ Spearhead organizational change, customer transformation initiatives, and strategic account planning.
β’ Leverage data, analytics, and performance metrics to influence customer outcomes and business decisions.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution and 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry in CDI, healthcare technology, revenue cycle, clinical informatics, or related healthcare software solutions; OR a High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of healthcare industry experience in CDI, revenue cycle management, healthcare technology, customer success, consulting, implementation, or customer support leadership.
β’ A minimum of four (4) years of leadership experience managing customer-facing, consulting, implementation, customer success, or support teams.
β’ Proven experience in supporting successful implementation, adoption, optimization, or utilization of CDI software and technology solutions.
β’ At least three (3) years of experience in leading managers and/or multi-level customer-facing organizations.
β’ Three (3) or more years of experience in developing and executing customer success, adoption, or service delivery strategies.
β’ Experience working directly with healthcare provider organizations and executive stakeholders.
β’ Proven ability to manage customer escalations, complex business challenges, and cross-functional initiatives.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.
β’ Familiarity with Solventum CDI solutions and clinician productivity technologies.
β’ Strong understanding of Clinical Documentation Integrity, revenue cycle, quality reporting, and healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
β’ Experience engaging with healthcare executives including CFOs, CIOs, CMIOs, CNOs, CDI Directors, Physician Advisors, and physician leadership teams.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
β’ Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
