Software Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and facilitate engaging classes for clients utilizing our proprietary enterprise benefits administration software.

• Take ownership of customer-facing training from start to finish and act as the main point of contact for all training-related activities.

• Proactively learn about the product and its customer configurations to develop and conduct both internal and external training programs.

• Create and sustain exercises, job aids, quick-reference guides, and process documentation.

• Collaborate with leadership, product managers, and subject matter experts to ensure the curriculum remains up-to-date.

• Provide tailored training for customers, both virtually and on-site, based on their specific configurations and skill levels.

• Oversee training schedules and implementation across various customer accounts.

• Collect feedback and performance metrics to assess and enhance content and delivery methods.

• Consult with clients and internal teams regarding the scope and methodology of training for complex requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in delivering technology-based training to adult learners and developing curricula.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts.

• Proficient technical writing skills with experience in creating job aids, quick-reference guides, and process documentation tailored for a technical or software audience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong presentation skills.

• Ability to clearly articulate complex software functionalities and engage individuals at all organizational levels.

• A proactive, self-driven individual with a passion for continuous learning and enhancing processes and customer experience.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple training engagements simultaneously.

• Experience with generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.

• Certification in training or learning and development is a plus.
