Software Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Planning, executing, and documenting software tests

• Developing and maintaining test cases and test specifications

• Performing both manual and automated testing

• Analyzing, reproducing, and documenting defects

• Verifying bug fixes and conducting regression tests

• Generating bug reports

• Assisting in root-cause analysis

• Conducting tests in simulation environments as well as on actual systems

• Compiling test reports and quality metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance

• Familiarity with testing methodologies and test management

• Proficient in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

• Background in defect analysis and debugging
