This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, maintain, and enhance the DAAS Agreements Lifecycle Management System (ALMS), primarily focusing on the DocuSign CLM platform.
• Assess business needs and develop functional and technical specifications for application improvements.
• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, document, and sustain enterprise software solutions.
• Create and execute application enhancements to boost functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Review existing software solutions and suggest enhancements based on industry best practices.
• Develop and manage APIs and other data integration solutions to facilitate reporting and enterprise data sharing.
• Diagnose and resolve application defects, performance challenges, and production incidents.
• Assist in software testing, deployments, upgrades, and release management processes.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, system design specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, developers, system administrators, and project teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure application security and compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards and organizational policies.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Proven hands-on experience with DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Experience in designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise software applications.
• Experience in gathering and converting business requirements into technical solutions.
• Background in developing or supporting APIs, web services, or other system integration technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in supporting production enterprise applications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a cross-functional team.
• Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance.
• Must hold one of the following certifications: CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline; additional relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of education where applicable.
