Software Sales Representative – RecRivals Sports Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop the sales pipeline and secure new software clients for RecRivals, a technology platform focused on recreational sports.

• Investigate and prioritize potential league operators and sports organizations.

• Engage with decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, and professional networks.

• Comprehend the registration, payment, scheduling, and communication workflows of prospects.

• Perform product demonstrations utilizing supported features and approved commercial terms.

• Follow up, address objections, negotiate within authorized limits, and close new client deals.

• Maintain precise CRM entries, opportunity stages, next steps, and forecasts.

• Oversee implementation transitions and gather product feedback without promising unapproved functionalities.

• Establish a consistent prospecting routine and create qualified conversations.

• Advance opportunities, secure appropriate customers, and measure conversion rates through the sales funnel.

• Test and refine messaging based on performance outcomes.

• Take ownership of follow-through and candidly report lost deals and gaps.

• Collaborate closely with the founder and product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in personally selling B2B software or a similar consultative product, including self-generated pipelines and closed deals.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Confident in making calls and conducting demonstrations.

• Disciplined approach to CRM utilization.

• Persistent and professional follow-up skills.

• Ability to comprehend a technical product and convey its practical benefits to nontechnical buyers.

• Experience in selling to sports organizations, clubs, leagues, or facilities is advantageous.
