Software Sales Representative – RecRivals Sports Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop the sales pipeline and secure new software clients

• Investigate and rank potential league operators and sports organizations

• Connect with decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, and professional networks

• Comprehend prospects' workflows regarding registration, payment, scheduling, and communication

• Conduct product demonstrations utilizing supported features and sanctioned commercial terms

• Follow up, address objections, negotiate within approved limits, and finalize new customer acquisitions

• Maintain CRM documentation, tracking opportunity stages, upcoming steps, and forecasts

• Facilitate the transition for implementation and gather product feedback without committing to unapproved features

• Establish a systematic prospecting routine to generate qualified discussions

• Advance opportunities and successfully onboard suitable customers

• Evaluate conversion rates through outreach, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, and finalized business

• Refine messaging based on performance outcomes

• Take ownership of follow-through and report on lost deals and any gaps

• Collaborate with the founder and the product team

⛳️ Requirements

• Direct experience in selling B2B software or a similar consultative product, including self-generated leads and closed deals

• Proficient spoken and written English skills

• Confidence in making calls and delivering demonstrations

• Consistent use of CRM and diligent professional follow-up

• Capacity to learn a technical product and convey its practical benefits to non-technical buyers

• Experience in selling to sports organizations, clubs, leagues, or facilities is advantageous

• Provide a resume along with specific details regarding sales achievements
