Software Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding and implementation projects for new clients, ensuring a seamless and effective transition to the BIS Safety Software platform.

• Conduct engaging virtual and/or in-person training sessions customized to meet each client's workflows, business processes, and educational requirements.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with client administrators, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.

• Configure client environments, including training matrices, user setups, and implementation specifications.

• Assist with data migration by facilitating the transfer of historical training records and data from previous systems into the BIS platform.

• Manage onboarding timelines by coordinating training schedules, project milestones, and follow-up meetings.

• Offer prompt, solution-oriented support via phone and email.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address implementation challenges and enhance the overall client experience.

• Recognize opportunities for ongoing improvement across onboarding processes, documentation, and educational materials.

• Promote successful client adoption for sustained success with BIS Safety Software.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in Customer Success, Client Onboarding, Software Implementation, Training, or a comparable client-facing position.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms or other technological products.

• Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations/projects concurrently.

• Experience onboarding mid-market and/or enterprise clients.

• Strong technical proficiency and willingness to learn new software platforms.

• Flexible work schedule and capability to occasionally modify working hours to assist clients across various time zones.
