This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Acquire and sustain an in-depth understanding of the GeForce NOW Developer Portal's organization, focusing on how it constructs and manages the components that support NVIDIA's cloud gaming ecosystem.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of engineers in their daily tasks.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to create roadmaps, development strategies, and processes.
• Collect high-level requirements and shape the design and implementation of the team's software products.
• Deliver regular status updates and detailed presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Arrange, implement, and coordinate partner support activities and infrastructure.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Over 8 years of experience in designing and constructing distributed software systems, including edge and networking services.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading and developing engineering teams with diverse technical backgrounds across organizations.
• Proficient in building and managing services on AWS, encompassing EKS, ECS Fargate, ALB/NLB, WAF, and ACM.
• Strong coding skills in popular systems programming languages such as Golang, Java, C, C++, or Rust.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration (containerd, CRI-O, Docker), and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform/OpenTofu, Helm, GitOps/ArgoCD).
• Experience with real-time, low-latency streaming systems like WebRTC.
• Proven capability to design and manage partner- and developer-facing APIs (REST/GraphQL) at scale.
• Knowledge of secrets management and Identity and Access Management practices (e.g., Vault, IAM).
• Experience with production observability and incident response.
• Ability to achieve cross-functional consensus while navigating ambiguity.
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting a user-facing software infrastructure comprised of various software components.
• Skilled in measuring and enhancing operational excellence.
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive and effective approach.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, mentoring, analytical, problem-solving, and planning capabilities.
