📋 Description

• Oversee and deliver a specific engineering project from the initial design phase to prototype and through to production implementation, with support from seasoned engineers.

• Create AI-driven features and agents that enhance care delivery workflows and elevate the patient experience.

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, clinicians, and operational partners to convert real-world care delivery requirements into dependable software solutions.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to established engineering practices and team standards.

• Implement software development best practices for cloud-based systems that serve patients and healthcare teams on a large scale.

• Evaluate, monitor, and refine your work based on feedback and production metrics, focusing particularly on reliability and patient impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028.

• Previous internship, project, or relevant hands-on experience in software engineering.

• Strong analytical skills and a desire to learn new technologies.

• A product-oriented perspective - you prioritize quick delivery while also valuing the real-world effects of your code on improving patient outcomes.

• Ability to articulate technical choices and collaborate effectively with engineering teams and cross-functional partners.

• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and the capability to assess where AI can enhance the build process versus instances requiring human judgment.
