Software Engineer, Tech Lead – Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

• Implement system and data monitors to ensure the accuracy of business processes.

• Contribute to various team-wide business and technology objectives.

• Lead cross-functional projects within an agile environment and engage in planning activities.

• Define project scope, break down tasks, and organize efforts for multiple team members.

• Assign tasks and coordinate team efforts to complete projects with minimal supervision.

• Provide accurate time estimates to assist in establishing project timelines.

• Uphold standard development practices, including idiomatic syntax, design patterns, and testing/quality methodologies.

• Enhance and expand Gopuff’s supply chain platform.

• Influence technology decisions through leadership and mentorship of a capable team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in a Senior or Principal engineering position with increasing responsibilities.

• Proficiency in SQL, Postgres, and Go (Golang).

• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.

• Experience in building data-intensive applications that handle high-velocity or high-volume data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.

• Proven ability to mentor a team and lead autonomously.
