Software Engineer, Product – Full-Stack: Angular, Kotlin, MongoDB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conceive, develop, and manage innovative features utilizing TypeScript/Angular, Spring/Kotlin, and MongoDB.

• Oversee and enhance mission-critical elements of the current platform.

• Execute tasks from start to finish, collaborating on specifications and ensuring verification.

• Expand the mobile-responsive web application, low-code workflow engine, and public APIs.

• Engage across the platform, from UI components to public APIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.

• Proficient in at least one of Angular/TypeScript or Spring/Kotlin; enthusiastic about learning the other.

• Strong judgment in engineering decisions and product development.

• Capability to take ownership of work delivered end to end, from requirements gathering to validation.

• Proficient in English.

• Familiarity with continuous integration, trunk-based development, and extensive testing practices.

• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

• Clear and succinct written communication skills for specifications, messages, and pull request descriptions.

• Proactive communication skills, including progress updates, early risk identification, and seeking clarification when needed.

• Capability to leverage AI as a tool while maintaining accountability for deployed work.
