This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of an entire product line, encompassing roadmap creation, technical architecture, implementation, and measuring outcomes.

• Engage directly with customers through sales interactions, customer Slack channels, and discovery sessions to determine and prioritize product initiatives.

• Develop across the complete stack, including front-end applications using React and Next.js, scalable back-end systems, robust third-party integrations, and LLM pipelines.

• Collaborate with the founders on weekly decisions regarding product and architecture.

• Establish the standards for engineering quality and shipping speed as one of the initial ten hires.

• Deliver a first production pull request within the first week.

• Take full ownership of a primary feature by day 15.

• Lead a product line with daily customer engagement by day 60.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building a product from inception to launch, or leading a significant technical project at a growth-stage or larger organization.

• Strong product intuition and the ability to discern what to develop next during customer discussions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to work independently.

• Expertise in complex front-end and back-end systems.

• Proficient in React, Next.js, background job infrastructure, and database design.

• Must have existing work authorization in the US; the company cannot sponsor visas.

• Preferred: experience in deploying LLM-powered products to production with rigorous evaluation methodologies.

• Preferred: familiarity with enterprise sales cycles.

• Preferred: previous experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early engineer at a prestigious early-stage company.
