Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage and provide support for BI Connectors within the Jira Data Center.

• Diagnose and resolve customer and support issues comprehensively.

• Replicate issues, determine root causes, and deliver dependable solutions.

• Sustain and enhance the codebase across various Jira Data Center versions and database types.

• Upgrade dependencies, address CVEs, and adapt to new releases of Jira and databases.

• Assist customers in migrating between environments, including transitions from Data Center to Cloud.

• Implement targeted product improvements and enhancements.

• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.

• Engage in peer code reviews while promoting coding standards and best practices.

• Utilize GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable builds and automate product releases.

• Collaborate effectively with support teams, QA, PMs, and other stakeholders.

• Create robust and shareable knowledge around the product and its BI integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in relevant full-stack development.

• Strong back-end development skills with Java and the Spring ecosystem, including proficiency in dependency injection and REST controllers.

• Ability to read and safely modify an existing framework-based codebase.

• Proficient in relational databases and SQL.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server across multiple vendors is advantageous.

• Hands-on experience maintaining production UIs using React and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with state management tools like Redux / Redux Toolkit, MobX, or similar.

• Knowledge of build tools such as Vite or Webpack.

• Strong understanding of OOP principles, common design patterns, and automated testing methodologies.

• Highly analytical with a passion for debugging.

• Demonstrated sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.

• Proficient communication skills in English at B2+ / upper-intermediate level or above.

• Nice to have: Experience with Atlassian Data Center apps, P2 plugins, Atlassian Plugin SDK, Spring Scanner, and Marketplace.

• Nice to have: Experience in customer-facing product support.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of BI/analytics tools or the OData protocol.

• Nice to have: Skills in performance profiling and optimization for large datasets.

• Nice to have: Understanding of secure coding practices, including input validation, injection prevention, SSRF, and addressing dependency CVEs.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Atlassian Cloud and migration paths such as JCMA.
