📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer to design product prototypes and oversee product integrations.

• Create new product prototypes starting from customer discovery and feature ideation, progressing through prototyping to engineering handoff.

• Develop and manage integrations with software within the simulation ecosystem, including the NVIDIA suite of simulation tools.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customer workflows in the realms of autonomy, robotics, computer vision, and simulation teams.

• Spend time on-site with customers to gain insights.

• Participate in roadmap and quarterly planning sessions across Product and Engineering teams.

• Define and monitor product success metrics, including customer adoption, workflow efficiency, data generation throughput, scenario coverage, model performance improvement, platform reliability, and revenue impact.

• Convert complex technical and customer requirements into straightforward product direction.

• Convey roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to internal stakeholders and executives.

• Deconstruct ambiguous technical challenges into actionable plans and priorities.

• Advocate for customer insights within engineering and leadership teams.

• Collaborate on launch planning and enablement efforts, including documentation, demos, sales materials, release notes, and internal training.

• Stay informed about the autonomy, robotics, synthetic data, and AI infrastructure markets, as well as competitive trends to guide product decisions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software engineering or field engineering, delivering impactful and innovative platform or infrastructure products at scale, preferably with API offerings.

• Experience in a B2B enterprise environment.

• Working knowledge of machine learning frameworks, embodied AI development, and simulation technologies.

• Proficient in Python and C++.

• Skilled in AI-enabled development workflows.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability for product outcomes.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and achieve a shared vision regarding decisions, resources, and priority trade-offs.

• Capability to excel in open-ended, ambiguous situations and translate complex challenges into clear plans.

• Willingness to travel for on-site customer interactions.

• A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Previous experience as an engineer in a simulation, developer tools, autonomous systems, or physical AI company is highly regarded.

• Familiarity with closed-loop simulation, scenario-based testing, or sensor-in-the-loop workflows is a significant asset.

• A strong desire to engage directly with users and spend time on-site is a notable advantage.
