Software Engineer, Partner Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop in-depth technical knowledge of Liftoff products to enhance customer outcomes.

• Convert intricate business needs into impactful, scalable technical solutions.

• Manage the complete technical lifecycle for partner integrations, from onboarding to ongoing maintenance.

• Improve Liftoff tools and products based on feedback from customers and partners.

• Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues efficiently.

• Establish automated solutions to mitigate the recurrence of issues.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure a consistent experience for partners.

• Contribute to engineering excellence through design, risk-based testing, and code review.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's Degree; a background in Computer Science or Data/Analytics is advantageous.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Golang, Python, JavaScript, or Java.

• Strong SQL skills and experience in big data analysis.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Effective communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.

• Self-driven, proactive, and a collaborative mindset.

• Empathy for customers and a passion for solving problems.
