Senior Full-stack Engineer, Angular, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, test, and deliver comprehensive full-stack product features using Node.js, TypeScript, and Angular.

• Assume complete responsibility for engineering tasks from clarifying requirements and designing technical solutions to implementation, testing, and ensuring readiness for production.

• Build scalable backend components, APIs, integrations, and user-facing functionalities.

• Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools throughout the development lifecycle while ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability.

• Configure and enhance AI-enabled development workflows for coding, test generation, documentation, preparation of pull requests, and code reviews.

• Contribute to the Playwright automation framework and create reliable end-to-end tests.

• Evaluate both AI-generated and manually written code for accuracy, security, performance, and adherence to engineering standards.

• Engage in pull request reviews and offer constructive technical feedback.

• Collaborate with engineers, QA specialists, product representatives, and other stakeholders.

• Identify technical risks, suggest enhancements, and assist in architectural and engineering decisions.

• Diagnose production and non-production issues and assist in their resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, including robust hands-on full-stack development expertise.

• Proficient knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of Angular and contemporary front-end development practices.

• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs, as well as integrating front-end applications with backend services.

• Solid grasp of software architecture, clean code principles, and prevalent design patterns.

• Practical experience using AI coding tools throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Ability to configure and utilize AI-assisted development workflows for implementation, testing, documentation, and reviews of pull requests.

• Capacity to complete engineering tasks from start to finish with AI assistance while independently verifying generated code, tests, and technical recommendations.

• Familiarity with Azure and/or Cosmos DB.

• Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
