Software Engineer, Node.js, Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Engage in Dev.Pro’s unique screening process for potential software engineering roles.

• Create contemporary full-stack applications utilizing Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and NestJS.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Work with relational databases and SQL.

• Employ Playwright for automated testing.

• Conduct testing and validation of code prior to delivery.

• Implement engineering best practices such as Git, code reviews, and debugging.

• Collaborate within an Agile team while also working independently.

• Communicate obstacles, status updates, and proposed solutions effectively.

• Complete stages related to recruiters, experience, and technical evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in building modern full-stack applications.

• Proficient in Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

• Practical experience with Node.js and NestJS for RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

• Experience in using Playwright for automated testing.

• Proven ability to test and validate your own code before delivery.

• Strong grasp of engineering best practices, including Git, code reviews, and debugging.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating in an Agile team.

• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Ability to clearly communicate blockers, status updates, and proposed solutions.

• Upper-Intermediate+ proficiency in English.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot and Claude.

• Background in enterprise applications like CRM, ERP, retail, or fleet management systems.
