Software Engineer Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, and design teams to develop and maintain Clerkie Fiber, our primary B2B CRM.

• Engage with the entire tech stack, utilizing Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB.

• Create robust and scalable APIs to support the increasing user base of the platform.

• Enhance performance to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.

• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code, with a focus on scalability and security.

• Participate in decisions regarding system architecture.

• Work alongside Engineering, Product, and Design teams to develop real features and address actual problems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, or Node.js.

• Comfortable working with SQL or NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

• Ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and produce results independently.

• Involvement in personal or academic projects related to full-stack development (preferred, but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines (preferred, but not mandatory).

• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha (preferred, but not mandatory).

• Interest in fintech or financial literacy (preferred, but not mandatory).

• Completion of a standard background check and reference check prior to receiving an offer.
