Software Engineer Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Support the development and upkeep of both backend and frontend services.

• Produce clean, scalable code and engage in code review processes.

• Work in conjunction with the engineering team to introduce new features and address bugs.

• Focus on performance optimization, debugging, and scaling Sezzle's platform.

• Record software functionalities and contribute to the knowledge repository.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Golang, Python, or any backend programming language.

• Familiarity with Javascript/Typescript and React or a comparable framework.

• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.

• Proven experience with Claude or similar large language model tools is essential.

• Comfortable using AI to improve productivity, research, and communication.

• Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Inquisitive, eager to learn, and willing to ask questions.
