📋 Description

• Develop, code, test, and debug scalable mobile applications utilizing React Native and TypeScript.

• Maintain documentation and manage program modifications with an emphasis on performance, usability, and reliability across both iOS and Android platforms.

• Oversee the development and deployment of substantial mobile projects and cross-platform solutions that integrate with backend systems.

• Uphold best practices in React Native, TypeScript, mobile performance, and responsive design.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality mobile features efficiently.

• Define mobile architecture, APIs, and assess integration risks.

• Advocate for Agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, and mobile best practices.

• Mentor and provide guidance to engineers in scalable mobile development.

• Leverage modern mobile technologies and the evolving TypeScript ecosystem.

• Drive the mobile user experience, architecture, and integration strategy within the online banking sector.

• Enhance team effectiveness and support cross-functional initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• 4 to 5 years of direct experience with React Native and TypeScript.

• Proven experience with API, backend service, and third-party system integrations.

• Preferred experience with financial systems, banking platforms, core integrations, or regulated technology environments.

• A college degree in software engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience is required.

• Strong foundation in engineering principles, including clean code practices, maintainable architecture, performance, testing, reliability, security awareness, and thorough documentation.

• Proficient in collaborating across engineering, product, design, QA, security, architecture, and business teams.

• Capable of managing competing priorities within an Agile environment.
