Software Engineer III – C#

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the planning, execution, and prioritization of intricate issues related to the financial sector and/or engineering platform products.

• Act as a key resource for decision-making regarding solution specifics.

• Assist the team in addressing challenges with ambiguous scopes and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Offer insights and constructive feedback, aiding in technical decisions and disseminating technical knowledge within the team.

• Independently outline and deliver technical roadmaps for larger initiatives, frequently involving inter-team dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in software development using C#.

• In-depth understanding of algorithms and data structures.

• Strong grasp of design patterns and SOLID principles.

• Comprehensive knowledge of unit and integration testing.

• Proficient use of Git and familiarity with Gitflow.

• Understanding of Docker and containerization.

• Experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch and Datadog.

• Capability to produce clean, maintainable code.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their practical implementation, especially Kanban and/or Scrum.

• Application of AI in the development workflow.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Azure and Google Cloud; Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka; microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Hexagonal Architecture; relational and non-relational data modeling; CI/CD and Azure DevOps; interest and understanding of the financial market.
