Software Engineer III – C#

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, and prioritize intricate challenges associated with the financial sector and/or engineering platform products.

• Act as a key reference for decisions regarding solution details.

• Assist the team in resolving issues with ambiguous scopes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Offer recommendations and constructive feedback, enhancing technical decisions and sharing expertise within the team.

• Independently establish and deliver technical roadmaps for larger initiatives, often entailing inter-team dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in software development using C#.

• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.

• Comprehensive knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.

• Strong grasp of unit and integration testing methodologies.

• Proficient use of Git and familiarity with Gitflow.

• Understanding of Docker and containerization technologies.

• Experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch and Datadog.

• Capability to write clean, maintainable code.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and their practical application, especially Kanban and/or Scrum.

• Experience utilizing AI in the development lifecycle.

• Knowledge of public and private cloud services such as Azure and Google Cloud (a plus).

• Familiarity with messaging systems like Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka (a plus).

• Understanding of microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Hexagonal Architecture (a plus).

• Experience in relational and non-relational data modeling (a plus).

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps (a plus).

• Interest in and understanding of the financial market (a plus).
