Software Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, code, test, deploy, and maintain frontend applications, backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems.

• Create systems that drive models, specialized reasoning and resolution agents, and human-in-the-loop AI functionalities.

• Conduct A/B testing and launch production features linked to tangible business outcomes.

• Collaborate with product managers and operators to transform manual workflows into automated, AI-driven processes.

• Work with AI and ML engineers to construct AI-native systems that integrate deterministic logic, traditional ML models, and LLMs.

• Design and develop secure, compliant, and scalable systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in building and managing production systems.

• Proven experience in owning features or services from inception to deployment in a production environment.

• Ability to lead projects autonomously from design through to deployment and iteration.

• Experience in scaling production systems, including troubleshooting performance, reliability, and data accuracy issues.

• Interest in applied AI with a willingness to enhance expertise.

• A strong focus on clean code, reliability, and readiness for production.
