Software Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create scalable backend services utilizing Node.js and TypeScript, along with efficient user-facing applications built with React and Next.js.

• Design high-performance, accessible, and user-centric interfaces using contemporary UI frameworks like Ant.

• Produce testable, observable, and maintainable code that aligns with performance and quality benchmarks.

• Engage in system design evaluations and suggest practical, scalable enhancements.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams within an agile framework.

• Contribute to documentation, conduct code reviews, and uphold shared engineering standards.

• Participate in on-call duty and aid in resolving production-related issues.

• Assist in scaling and advancing Cleerly’s enterprise-level platform for quantitative computer-aided diagnosis.

• Develop the Core Lab Case Management platform that manages laboratory case workflows and prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5–8 years of professional experience in software engineering, including full-stack development.

• Expertise in React, CSS, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Experience in designing and utilizing RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.

• Strong grasp of modern software engineering methodologies, system design, and debugging practices.

• Capability to take full ownership of medium-to-large features from concept to production.

• Proficient communication and teamwork skills, particularly in distributed settings.

• Experience in regulated domains and high-availability infrastructure is preferred.

• Familiarity with containerized cloud environments, including Docker, AWS EKS, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure as code.

• Exposure to event-driven architecture or microservices with asynchronous workflows.

• Knowledge of Python is advantageous.
