Software Engineer II, Fullstack – App Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Decompose larger projects into manageable tasks, deliver them in several phases, and collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion.

• Assist peers and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle by working with product management, design, and analytics; engage in ideation, articulate technical limitations, and collaborate on decisions while weighing risks and trade-offs.

• Ensure the operations and availability of team artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics, escalating issues when necessary, and supporting ongoing maintenance and on-call responsibilities.

• Contribute to the team's community through growth and development initiatives, including involvement in the interviewing process.

• Engage in front-end cross-functional projects across mobile and web technologies and collaborate with product experience teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a software engineer.

• You have experience deploying web applications using declarative UI frameworks such as React or Vue.

• You have experience releasing mobile applications using either native or cross-platform languages, including React Native.

• You are skilled in designing, developing, and launching APIs at scale using programming languages like Kotlin or Python.

• You excel at translating simple problems or business scenarios into solutions that interact with multiple software components, executing by writing clear, understandable, well-tested, and extensible code.

• You are comfortable navigating a large codebase, debugging code written by others, and providing constructive feedback to fellow engineers through code reviews.

• Your experience shows that you take initiative in your professional development, actively seeking feedback from your team, your manager, and your stakeholders.

• You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with our global engineering team.

• This position requires either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
