Software Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Design and develop secure and scalable fintech solutions that support a variety of financial products.

• Oversee and ensure the continuous availability of services that are crucial for fintech operations.

• Establish automated unit and integration testing processes.

• Manage a production CI/CD pipeline for contemporary web applications.

• Work collaboratively with engineering teams, product management, internal stakeholders, designers, and clients.

• Mentor and support fellow team members.

• Create user-friendly, high-performing applications that drive TreviPay's global B2B payments platform.

• Tackle complex technical challenges, shape product strategies, and develop solutions utilized by businesses across the globe.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience or a B.S. in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Strong communication abilities and proven capacity to engage as an active participant in a distributed development team.

• Proven track record in developing modern, secure, maintainable, and high-performance software.

• Knowledge of and experience with APIs and external web service integration.

• Proficient in Java and SpringBoot frameworks.

• Familiarity with AWS or Heroku cloud platforms is advantageous.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications to cloud environments.

• Background in distributed systems.

• Experience in fintech is beneficial but not mandatory.
