Full Stack Developer – Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Comprehend business and user challenges alongside Product and other stakeholders, transforming them into clear, functional, and scalable digital solutions.

• Design, implement, and maintain complete frontend and backend functionalities.

• Ensure performance, stability, scalability, and code quality.

• Transform designs into high-quality visual interfaces while maintaining usability and backend robustness.

• Build and integrate APIs, databases, internal services, and third-party systems.

• Participate in the conceptualization of solutions and architectural decisions.

• Manage development from implementation and testing to deployment and production monitoring.

• Integrate artificial intelligence to generate code, build agents, implement MCPs, create skills, automate workflows, and accelerate deliveries.

• Propose technical and functional improvements aligned with product and business objectives.

• Identify risks, communicate bottlenecks, and resolve technical and functional issues with the team.

• Measure the performance and usage of solutions, learn from results, and iterate continuously.

• Enhance the team's speed and quality through best practices, documentation, code reviews, and reusable components.

⛳️ Requirements

• Between 2 to 4 years of experience building digital products or complex functionalities in full stack environments.

• Strong experience in developing interfaces with React and working in modern frontend ecosystems.

• Experience in building backend services with Go, Node.js, Python, or equivalent technologies.

• Practical knowledge of PostgreSQL and Firebase, including data modeling, queries, and application integration.

• Experience designing and integrating robust APIs and working with internal or third-party services.

• Ability to develop complete functionalities, from the interface and business logic to data persistence and deployment.

• Knowledge of testing, version control, CI/CD, and practices necessary for operating reliable products in production.

• Aesthetic judgment and attention to detail in building high-quality interfaces without compromising user experience.

• Experience using modern development tools assisted by artificial intelligence.

• Curiosity and willingness to delve into complex prompts, agents, MCPs, skills creation, and automation.

• Ability to understand ambiguous problems, break them down into concrete deliverables, and progress autonomously.

• Judgment for making technical decisions considering quality, user experience, performance, scalability, timelines, and business objectives.

• Ability to prioritize work, communicate progress and bottlenecks clearly, and take responsibility for the quality of deliverables.

• Product-oriented mindset.

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Docker, cloud infrastructure, observability, AI-based systems, event-driven architectures, and complex process automation is also valued.
