Software Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with developers, testing engineers, and product managers to deliver value to customers.

• Engage in full-stack development and provide small, iterative increments of value swiftly.

• Take ownership of modifications and features throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Develop SaaS platforms along with the necessary infrastructure.

• Address customer challenges through close interaction with clients.

• Design and implement software solutions for both frontend and backend systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive expertise and experience with open-source and cloud technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and experimentation.

• Proven experience in close collaboration between engineering and product teams.

• Proficient in NodeJS, TypeScript, and React (or similar framework) environments.

• Experience working with AWS to build serverless and managed services, including Lambda, S3, and SQS.

• Deep knowledge in designing and implementing software while adhering to best practices for frontend and/or backend development.

• Familiarity with SOA, microservices, and monolithic architectural styles.

• Proficient in storage and caching technologies, including scalability and optimization techniques.

• SQL expertise, with a preference for MySQL and PostgreSQL.

• A degree in Computer Science is required.
